Moyo HCS is hosting an Annual Symposium on Creating Supportive Structures to Address Gender-Based Violence (GBV): Enhance Intersectional Allyship Among Men and Uplift BIPOC Women.
Join us at the Gender Based Violence Program's Annual Symposium on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at 9:30 AM EST. This in-person event will take place at Grand Victorian Center, 175 Derry Road E, Mississauga, ON L5T 2Z7.
Our symposium aims to raise awareness and address the critical issues of gender-based violence. Through engaging discussions, workshops, and presentations, we will explore various aspects of GBV, including its impact on BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ communities, and discuss gaps and opportunities around GBV policies, strategies, and programs, and collaboratively, as partners, explore plans on how to move forward.
By attending this symposium, you will have the opportunity to learn from renowned experts in this field, connect with like-minded individuals, partners, and contribute to the ongoing efforts to combat gender-based violence.
Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to be a part of the conversation and make a difference. Register now (there is limited space!) and join us in creating a safer and more inclusive society for all.
