Moyo Health & Community Services is an AIDS service organization that offers HIV Client Support Services designed to empower individuals living with HIV. Our programs provide access to practical assistance, peer support, counselling, and community connections in a safe and inclusive environment. We prioritize prevention, education and support in the work we do. Whether you need help navigating healthcare, accessing resources or finding emotional support, we are here to support you every step of the way. We offer:

• Case management services

• HIV pre & post-test counselling

• One on one counselling and need assessment

• Referrals to healthcare professionals, social workers and legal services

• Support with access and adherence to treatment and medications

• Access to hot meals

• Transportation support to medical appointments

• Accompaniment to appointments

• Connections and coordination of support among peers to reduce isolation

• Wellness checks – calls to clients for check-ups/follow up

• System navigation and advocacy

• Support ODSP, Trillium Health program, OW and CPPD applications

• Community gatherings – bi-weekly drop-ins (We belong)

• HIV Treatment update workshops – monthly Lunch and Learn

• Health promotion and capacity building training for HIV clients

• Capacity building and training for community partners and services providers
