Join us for World AIDS Day 2025 — an evening of reflection, community, and hope. Together, we will honour the memory of those we have lost to AIDS, celebrate the strength of people living with HIV, and commit to a future free from stigma and discrimination.

The evening will include a candlelight vigil featuring three symbolic candles:

🕯️ 1st Candle: In remembrance of the lives lost to HIV/AIDS.

🕯️ 2nd Candle: In support of those living with HIV today.

🕯️ 3rd Candle: As a beacon of hope for the future.

This year’s theme — Rethink, Rebuild, Rise — calls on us to reimagine how we approach HIV awareness, care, and community support. It’s an invitation to rethink outdated narratives, rebuild our collective commitment to compassion and equity, and rise together in solidarity with all those whose lives have been touched by HIV.

This event is hosted in partnership with Moyo Health & Community Services, WellFort Community Health Services, Region of Peel, PAMA, LetsStopAIDS, and the Black Health & Social Services Hub.
